What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first session begins with a conversation to discuss your goals, preferences, and focus areas. From there, we’ll customize your treatment to meet your needs. This is your time to relax, recharge, and feel cared for—your comfort is my top priority.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself! All materials, oils, and enhancements are provided. If you’d like to bring anything specific, such as a favorite crystal or essential oil, get after it!
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you most comfortable. Skin-to-skin contact allows for the best connection and flow during massage, which is why many clients undress to their comfort level. You’ll always be fully draped, with only the area being worked on exposed. If you’d prefer to stay clothed, that’s absolutely fine— I can easily adapt your session to ensure your relaxation and comfort.
Are the enhancements (aromatherapy, steam towels, or crystal healing) mandatory?
Not at all! Enhancements are entirely optional and can be customized based on how you’re feeling that day. Some days you might want to include everything, while other days you might prefer to keep it simple. Just let me know what feels right for you when you arrive, and we’ll tailor your session to match.
How should I prepare for my session?
Hydration is key, so drink plenty of water before and after your session. Arrive a few minutes early to relax and settle in. No need to stress about anything else—I’ll take care of the rest.
Will I be sore after my massage?
Mild soreness can happen, especially after deeper work. It’s a natural part of your body adjusting and releasing tension. Staying hydrated, stretching gently, and soaking in a warm bath can help ease any discomfort.
How often should I book a massage?
To keep your body happy and balanced, regular sessions once a month are ideal for overall wellness and relaxation. If you’re working on a specific issue, weekly or biweekly sessions can provide the focused care you need. Together, we can create a schedule that supports your goals and helps you feel your best.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. For all appointments canceled or rescheduled within a 12-hour period, or missed entirely, 50% of the total service amount will be charged.
